How do I get information about my order?

You will find all information about your orders directly in your customer account under the point "Orders". There you can view current and completed orders.

Are subsequent deliveries possible?

No. However, you can see when a product will be available again.

Can I pick up the goods directly from you in Lindau?

Yes, when placing your order you can write in the comments field that you would like to pick up the goods. This only works for orders from Germany and Austria.

What should I do if I have received a defective package?

Be sure to retain the defective package completely. Afterwards send us an e-mail to info@sponser.de, preferably directly with photos of the damaged parcel. Our customer service will get in touch with you.

My registration in the online shop does not work, what can I do?

Did you enter the correct e-mail address and password? If you have forgotten your password, simply request a new one. Or write an email to our customer service info@sponser.de.

What are the shipping costs?

Discount Costumer: 3.95 €, postage free for orders of 200 € or more
Retailer: 4.50 € from an order value of 200 € postage free

Gernal/Not Logged in: 3,95 €, postage free for orders over 50€.
