Terms and conditions

Application domain

The following terms and condition apply as exclusive basis for the order and delivery of products which are ordered by online shopping on Internet. Our activities and deliveries exclusively occur on the basis of these terms and conditions. We do not acknowledge conflicting or divergent conditions of the customer, unless we agreed to them in a written approval.

Contract

Until the contract conclusion you go through 4 steps of order:
1. step: selection of products
2. step: show of the shopping basket
3. step: selection of the payment mode, information of the delivery address and approval of the terms and conditions
4. step: transmission of the order by pushing the button "send order!"
As soon as you have run through the order process by giving all the required information and click on "send order" in the 4th step, you give us a definitive offer. The presentation of our products do not represents a binding offer from us. Only the order you are placing for our products is a binding offer. The acceptance of the offer occurs through sending the ordered products. Our automatic email of confirmation does still not represent an acceptance of the offer.

Cancellation instructions

Cancellation right
You can recall your contract statement within 2 weeks without indication of reasons by writing (for example letter, fax, email) or by returning the goods. The term begins at the earliest with the agreement to the terms and conditions under the step 3. In order to respect the term it is enough to send the cancellation request or the goods on time. Cancellation result
In case of an effective cancellation, both sides have to return the received benefits. If you can not return the received benefits, only part of it or in a bad shape, you have to pay in the according value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the thing is due exclusively to a control like it could have been possible in a retail store. In addition, you can avoid liability for compensation, in which you do not take the thing in use like your property and avoid doing anything what could impair its value. You have to fulfil the obligations to the allowance of payments reimburse within 30 days after sending your cancellation.

Return instruction

Return right
You can return the received goods within 14 days after receipt of the goods without indication of reasons by returning the products. The term begins at the earliest goods. In order to respect the term it is enough to send the goods or the request of return in time. Please send the products back to the following address:

Return result
In case of an effective return, both sides have to return the received benefits and if necessary drawn uses are to be returned. If the product has been deteriorated, a value substitute can be required. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to a control like it could have been possible in a retail store. In addition, you can avoid liability for compensation, in which you do not take the thing in use like your property and avoid doing anything what could impair its value.
Provided that you revoke the contract within 14 days after the product has been received by to the designated receiver and the order value is over € 60, we refund you the costs of the return by crediting your account with the suitable amount. For order values up to € 60, you have to bear the regular return costs, unless the delivery does not correspond to the initial order or the product is damaged. Only unopened products are taken back, unless the product is damaged.

Prices

The prices specified in the shop include VAT plus the shipping costs and are given in Euro (€). The cession prices are applied as indicated on the website at the time of the order entrance.

Delivery costs

Deliveries in Germany
• As long as nothing different is agreed, the sending costs for the entire order amount to € 4,50 (plus € 7,50 for cash on delivery fees).
• Orders with a total value exceeding € 60,00 are free of delivery costs

Sending costs of CHF 9.00 will be charged to the customers who profit of special conditions. These costs will be displayed on the order summary.

Deliveries to Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg)
• As long as nothing different is agreed, the sending costs for the entire order amount to € 7,50. Cash on delivery orders are not possible.

Deliveries to all other countries
• The client will be previously informed about the delivery costs. Cash on deliveries orders are not possible.

Payment terms

Delivery inside of Germany
• The cashing up occurs by automatic debit transfer system, prepayment, credit card or cash on delivery

Delivery outside of Germany
• The cashing up occurs only by credit card or prepayment.
• The purchase price is due without deduction after invoicing or at product delivery.

Delivery terms

Delivery inside of Germany
• We will do our best to deliver the order within 1 to 3 working days following the order entrance.

Delivery to Benelux
• We will do our best to deliver the order within 3 to 5 working days following the order entrance.

Delivery to all remaining countries
• According to agreement
• A delay of delivery can not be a reason for any compensation requirement.
• We are entitled for part deliveries. Sending costs of subsequent deliveries will not be charged.

Reserve of property

The products remain unrestrictedly property of the company Sponser Europe GmbH pending entire payment.

Guarantee

In case the product is presenting a defect, the consumer can require compensation (repair of the defect or replacement). If compensation fails, the consumer can withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.

Disclaimer of liability

We also have to explicitly point out that due to different interpretations and case law of the control agencies in the different countries, we can not give any guarantee as of the legal compliance of our advertising texts. These are drawn according to the best knowledge and belief, but the publication of formulations taken from the Sponser homepage or from the product info sheets is only made at own risk.

The regulations of the German right apply. The legal domicile is Lindau.
