PROTEIN MUFFIN of SPONSER® is a baking mix based on wheat and oat, with a particularly high protein content out of milk and egg protein (15 g per serving). Protein supports growth and maintenance of the muscle mass. The delicious muffins are easily and quickly prepared and according to preferences, can be enriched with berries, chocolate cubes, almonds or raisins. PROTEIN MUFFIN is a source of calcium, phosphorus and zinc. Calcium promotes the normal muscle function. Zinc supports normal protein synthesis and as calcium and phosphorus, the maintain of healthy bones.

Stir 3 scoops of powder (approx. 35 g) in a cup / cardboard cup with 50-60 ml of water.
Microwave: During 90-120 seconds at maximum heat. Position cup at the edge of the microwave.
Oven: For a preparation in the oven, use suitable cupcake molds. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
